We do not guarantee refunds for cancellations, delays, no-shows, or unused services.

Customers are fully responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, permits, travel insurance, vaccinations, and other entry requirements.
We accept no liability for denied boarding, immigration issues, or refusal of entry to any destination.
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings, health, and safety during the trip.
We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
Information is only shared with trusted service providers (hotels, airlines, transport operators) to fulfill bookings.
Payment details are handled through secure, encrypted channels.
Delays, cancellations, or rescheduling by airlines or transport providers.
Accidents, injuries, illnesses, theft, or loss of personal belongings.
Natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, political unrest, government actions, or force majeure events.
Quality, safety, or standard of services provided by third-party suppliers.
Any claims or disputes must be raised directly with the relevant service provider.
We reserve the right to modify itineraries, schedules, or services due to unforeseen circumstances.
Alternative arrangements will be made wherever possible, but no compensation will be offered for changes beyond our control.
We strongly recommend customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, cancellations, delays, accidents, and baggage loss.
By booking with us, you acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks, and you agree that Holiday In Travel Co. Ltd bears no liability for such risks.
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, terrorism, wars, strikes, government restrictions, or unforeseen emergencies.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Pattaya, Thailand.
By using our services, you accept that Holiday In Travel Co. Ltd is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of travel services booked through us.
